Returns

Once you have placed an order, it can no longer be changed. For custom items in particular, it is no longer possible to change individual options and colours. Please check your summary carefully before you place your order.

For core range items these can be returned for a store credit within 30 days of purchase, they must have all tags attatched and not been used. Please contact us if you wish to return an item. Returns are not possible for custom items, those on sale or those where the purchase has included a discount code. Only in the case of an item being faulty or damaged will a refund be provided.
